Limited Lifetime Warranty
Peak LED Solutions, INC. ("PEAK") warrants only to the original purchaser of this product from a Peak LED Solutions-authorized reseller or distributor that this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. Peak reserves the right, before having any obligation under this limited warranty, to inspect the damaged Peak product, and all costs of shipping the Peak product to Peak for inspection shall be borne solely by the purchaser. In order to recover under this limited warranty, Purchaser must make claim to Peak within 45 days of occurrence, and must present acceptable proof of original ownership (such as original receipt, or other documentation Peak deems acceptable) for the product. PEAK, at its option, shall repair or replace the defective unit covered by this warranty. Please retain the dated sales receipt as evidence of the original purchaser's date of purchase. You will need it for any warranty service. This limited warranty does not cover any damage due to accident, misuse, abuse, negligence ,alterations, modifications or changes not authorized or approved by Peak in writing, or due to service and/or repairs done by anyone other than Peak or an authorized Peak repair facility. Warranty is terminated at the period ending five (5) years after Peak discontinues manufacturing the warranted products. This limited warranty is non-transferable and does not apply to any purchaser who bought the product from a reseller or distributor not authorized by Peak, including but not limited to purchases from internet auction sites. PEAK reserves the right to make changes to any products without prior notice in order to improve reliability, function, design, or efficiency.

Limited Lifetime Warranty
Tektite brand products are guaranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the normal life of the product. This warranty includes LEDs; and excludes O-rings, lanyards, batteries, bulbs and strobe electronics, which are wear items; wear items are covered for 60 days from date of purchase. This warranty is to the original owner only and does not cover damage due to normal wear, abuse, alteration, poor maintenance, accidents, loss or negligence. Our liability is strictly limited to repair or replacement of the product.

RMSK, Inc. does not pay the return shipping cost for defective merchandise. We are not responsible for product defects, because we do not manufacture the products we carry. All items sold by RMSK, Inc. are warranted as follows 30 days limited warranty, this does not apply to batteries and chargers. The limited warranty does not cover any damages due to accidents, misuse or negligence. This warranty is limited to the value of goods sold and does not cover any associated damages. All Peak LED Solutions & Tektite Industries flashlights and parts are covered by their own Limited lifetime warranty as stated above.
